HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

94 liter （25 gallon）hydraulic oil tank with filler/breather, suction strainer and return line filtration (10 micron). The hydraulic oil tank is built with a “passive heat exchanger” system. The oil tank encircles the vertical auger housing so that the snow passing through the vertical auger cools the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil heats the auger housing and reduces icing and snow jams in the vertical auger housing; 3 sections manually operated control valve provides for operator control of lift bar, auger motors, and dump tank （board brush option – 4 section valve）; The hydraulic flow has an adjustable flow divider with separate relief valve for the steering circuit.

LIFT BAR

Custom designed and fabricated weldment, hydraulically actuated.

Lift bar stroke （and the resulting down pressure）is adjustable via thread cylinder rod and clevis.

Double P.O. check valve manifold "locks" in down pressure for ice shaving performance.

VERTICAL AUGER

240mm diameter auger enclosed in steel tube, double flighted diameter slinger for superior snow compaction.

Auger is powered by a Honor Gear motor via a chain drive.

Tires: 235/70 R 16 Snow tire, studded with tungsten tipped studs .

OPERATOR’S STATION & CO PILOT STATION

Operator compartment contains steering wheel, manual brake pedal with parking brake, directional control switch, accelerator type foot pedal for machine ground speed, and light switch, hydraulic control valve levers, water supply control levers, battery disconnect and charging connection, horn button. A digital display for battery discharge information, diagnostics （fault codes）and hour meter.

The machine has an integrated "co-pilot" station with all-weather captain’s chair （with armrests）with suspension and multiple adjustments.

FACTORY TRAINING VISIT

All machines come with a Factory Training

Visit to the ice rink facility. This visit will be to train the customer’s personnel in safe machine operation, ice resurfacing procedures, machine maintenance and ice rink operations （when appropriate）.

STANDARD MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

Sport Ice ASIA, Inc. hereinafter referred to as Sport Ice, warrants all parts and materials, manufactured by Sport Ice and installed on the ice resurfacer to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year, following shipment from our factory to the original user. All parts purchased by Sport Ice and installed on the ice resurfacer will carry the guarantee of their manufacturer. The obligation of Sport Ice under this warranty is limited to replacing at our factory any part or parts supplied by us, which shall, within the warranty period, be returned to us with transportation costs prepaid, and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to have been defective. This warranty being expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and all other obligations or liabilities on our part. Sport Ice neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale. Sport Ice reserves the right to inspect service records for evidence of regular maintenance and proper care of the machine. The warranty will not apply to damages or failures resulting from misuse, negligence, accident, alteration or improper service. Sport Ice reserves the right, at any time or times, to revise or modify, discontinue or change any models of the ice resurfacer, or any parts thereof, without notice, and without incurring any liability or obligation to the purchaser.
